Disassembling Your Sample

Once we receive the sample in our factory, our design team carefully disassembles and studies its components, making sure nothing is damaged in the process. Each section is tested to check its material, so we can fully replicate the mechanical seal accurately.

Measuring Each Part and Getting the Exact Dimensions

Using micrometer calipers, we carefully get the dimensions of each component of the sample, such as length, weight, and width. Measurements are recorded accurately, avoiding any errors that can affect the final product.

Reverse Engineer Drawing

Once we have the exact measurements, we then move to reverse engineering the seal, building it from the ground up, and checking for inconsistencies. This process ensures that once the mechanical seals are built, they will combine seamlessly and function as intended.

Mass Production

After checking and reverse engineering, the full-on productions of the mechanical seals are done in our self-owned factory and cooperative factories. Having production done in-house helps us control both quality and speed without sacrificing production standards.
