In building a mechanical seal, the metal parts requires the most sophisticated manufacturing equipment and skills. MINKIX controls the process all by itself. With our own factory and production lines, we are able to hold all parts accountable under tolerances made in the drawing.
The stamping process is fulfilled in one of MINKIX's cooperative factories that boasts rich experience and enjoys high reputation within the industry. MINKIX's stable relationship with the factory has assured the quality of parts. The stainless sheet will go through stamping several times until it reaches the desired shape.
The bars or rods of spring wire with tested diameters will be bent and formed into the shape by the spring coiling machine. In this process, we make sure both the material used and the diameter are in consistency with the original sample, thus ensuring that the spring can offer the correct pushing force to the sealing faces.

The ring made of SIC is processed from carborundum powder. Then the rings are molded, sintered, grinded and lapped, with advanced machines and equipment used.

A block of rubber is placed on the mold, then the rubber will be melted under a high temperature produced by the rubber press. During the process, the melted rubber is formed into a ring by the mold that provides the dimensions needed. Finally our experienced workers will trim the rough edges generated in the pressing procedure.
With all parts ready for assembly, MINKIX manages the assembly task in house. There will be dozens of parts needed for a mechanical seal, and the assembly task can be completed only if the inventory management work is done properly.
MINKIX uses ERP to manage the inventory of spare parts, and this, along with the in-house warehouse, enables our workers to easily find the part in accurate quantities by using the product’s code, and to start the assembling process.
MINKIX verifies not only manufacturing quality of our suppliers, but also the finished mechanical seals quality. Our aim is to keep investing in introducing more advanced testing equipment, so as to ensure better quality for our clients.
